Oshtur is an extremely powerful supernatural being. She appears in the form of a young woman whose appearance varies: greenish or golden skin, leaf-like hair, or long blue or white hair, or bald. Oshtur belongs to the Ancient Gods of the Earth. She is both a deity and a mystical ruler: goddess of balance and order, of birds, of the dawn, of the heavens, of truth.
