Jeremy Karne is Kid Karnevil, a young sociopath so extreme he even scares his fellow villains. Jeremy briefly infiltrated the Justice Society by posing as the grandnephew of All-American Kid, the supposed sidekick of the original Mister America (Tex Thomson).
