Mistress Nyx, member of the Cult of Chaos, is half human/half demon, the product of an unholy union between the mad God Chaos and the priestess, Lucretia, groomed to become the destroyer of worlds in the name of her father and the forces of Chaos. Nyx kills Adam Van Helsing, causing Vampirella to go into an instable rage, allowing Nyx to kill her as well. Without Vampirella around, Nyx and Hemmorhage stay on Earth, letting Chaos and despair reign, until Vampi returns from death and kills Hemmorhage. Adam Van Helsing also returns from death to aid his love and a battle ensues in Drakulon, which Vampirella and the Scarlet Legion win with Vampirella slaying Nyx.
