A member of Killraven's Freemen, Old Skull is a human from Earth-691, a world where Martians attacked the Earth and won. They genetically manipulated human males to transform them into gladiators, so they could battle each other for the Martians' entertainment. Old Skull escaped and joined the freedom fighters.
