Spirou

Spirou is a young boy who works as a bellhop at the Moustic Hotel in Brussels (Belgium). He’s wearing a bellhop suit with his beret, all red. At its very beginning alone, Spirou meets Spip, a squirrel, then he is accompanied by Fantasio and his universe develops. This costume was inspired to its creator Rob-Vel by that of the grooms who worked on the transatlantic cruise ships, where he had worked.
