U.S. actor and comedian Bill Cosby. He released his first comedy album in 1963, which eventually led to several television programs in which he co-starred, starred or produced. His eponymous character from the Filmation animated show, Fat Albert and the Cosby Kids, was largely autobiographical and was based on concepts developed in his comedy act as early as 1966. A later cartoon series by Cosby, Little Bill, was also semi-autobiographical and, like Fat Albert, featured Cosby in live action sequences.
