William Heller

• Also known as W. James Heller

As a child, William Heller was raised by his Nazi-sympathizer grandfather and became a racist himself. He became a masked vigilante, using the name William Hell, sending non-white criminals to the police and the white criminals to the Aryan Empire headquarters. Later he went by the name White Dragon and wore a suit of armor.
