Much like his father, Kenneth Irons, Gerard Irons drank from the Holy Grail and is obsessed with the Witchblade. He came into Danielle Baptiste's life as David Worthy, a collector, but he was actually only looking to take the Witchblade from her. He eventually gained control of half the Witchblade using ancient techniques and tried to take the rest from Sara Pezzini, but it wouldn't relinquish its host. When Sara threw him off the roof, Dani was able to get her piece of the Witchblade back.
