The Scarecrow is a demonic-type humanoid, originating from another dimension, having the appearance of a scarecrow with straw hair and an eligid costume. He is an apparent protector of the earthly dimension, and owner of Horror TV (HTV). He is one of Fear Lords with Nightmare.
