Eloy is Strel's cousin. He is an artist who lives in a grain silo and his current project is trying to create "100 percent sound" by collecting 100 tea kettles and tuning them all to whistle the same note. Strel introduces dancer, Kimberly to Eloy and she is impressed by the passion he shows for his art.
