Ramone Watts lives in Venice, Los Angeles and runs a surf shop on Venice Boulevard. She owns the building in which Kate Bishop operates Hawkeye Investigations, and rents out office space to her. When Ramone was fifteen, her mother (a member of the Dora Milaje) died, and she and her brother Johnny were left a vibranium jewelry box. The box contained a ring for each of them, and Johnny's complemented his powers, but Ramone's was too painful for her to use, so it was put away for later. Eventually, when she activates the ring, it allows her to wear living vibranium exo-armor.
