Lester Buchinsky, a.k.a. the Electrocutioner, started off as a death-dealing vigilante but eventually changed over to a pure villain. He worked with various villains, especially Cluemaster. His special suit allowed him to shoot electricity from his hands. Lester was the brother of the original Electrocutioner.
