Jared Morillo of the Mirror Universe was the evil counterpart of Detective Jared Morillo. He used the alias 'Plunder' when he was recruited by Flash's Rogues enemies to come to Earth and cause havoc in Central City. Another time the Thinker hired him to work with the Rogues to terrorize Keystone City. Later he replaced his double to help eliminate Flash's allies but was defeated by Zoom.
