Lisa Snart was the younger sister of Leonard Snart, a.k.a. Captain Cold, following in his footsteps and becoming one of Flash's Rogue's Gallery. When her boyfriend Roscoe Dillon, a.k.a. the Top, was killed in a fight with the Flash, she became the Golden Glider and dedicated herself to getting revenge against the Flash.
