Tiny (last name unstated) was a chauffeur, valet, and all around right-hand man to Jay Garson Jr., who also fought crime as Rag-Man. He was a slight more realistic and less cartoon stereotype black man than most assistants to comic heroes. First appeared in Cat-Man Comics (Temerson / Helnit / Continental) #v1#6 (1).
