A man who controlled a Robot-Brain and created monsters to battle Steel Sterling. Monsters included Snakeman, Ram-Man, Grasshopper-Man, Octopus-Being, Winged Wolf-Monster, Reptile-Man, and Sea Demon. First appeared in Fly Man (Archie, 1965 Series) #39.
