Riko appears in the manga series To Love Ru and To Love Ru Darkness. When Lala Deviluke uses her invention to change Yuuki Rito into a girl (always against Rito's will), she uses the name Yuusaki Riko, as she doesn't want anyone to know it's really Rito. She says she is a cousin of Rito's. Rito's friend Saruyama has a major crush on Riko.
