Lt. Ben Hunter was the leader of Hunter's Hellcats in World War II. He was promoted to the rank of Colonel by the late 1960s. Father of identical twin sons, Captain Phil Hunter (U.S. Army) and Major Nick Hunter (U.S. Air Force).
