Blur (Jeff Walters) gained super speed during the White Event on Earth-148611 (New Universe). He survived the destruction of his universe during the Incursion that occurred prior to the formation of Battleworld and later joined other survivors of lost universes in the Squadron Supreme (Earth-616).
