Jean Dennis is a reporter for The Tribune, for which she writes a crime exposé column. She crossed paths with Federal Men agents Steve Carson and Ralph Ventor after receiving a tip about a group of high-tech terrorists, ultimately intervening to incapacitate an agent of the group known as 4K-11, saving Ventor's life.
