He is Inky's identical twin brother and Felix's nephew. He shared the 1926 debut and the subsequent retcon into a nephew in the 1930 short April Maze. In the comics, he wears blueish-gray shorts and a cap marked with the letter "W". Felix III (among other historical names associated with the twins, such as Dick and Boots, and the letter W on his cap). In the comics of the 1950s and 1960s, as well as in German and Italian editions, he was also called Dinky because Joe Oriolo preferred that name.
