Click Rush, dubbed the Gadget Man, is a New York inventor of odd mechanical and scientific gadgets. He has partnered up with the mysterious and unseen Bufa, who contracts out crimes for him to resolve via electronic communication from a large metallic toad which has strangely appeared in Click's office.
