Roger Ranger Jr. is a young American patriot who has vowed vengeance against the United States's World War II enemies after his mother and father were murdered by Nazi Gestapo agent Baron Blackheart. After being denied enlistment due to his age, he teams up with like-minded youths and forms the Junior Rangers.
