Zoom-Boy is the superheroic identity used by Ramsey Chillingswaithe, cousin of Gary Stewart a.k.a. Gimmick Kid. Ramsey created his Zoom-Boy costume using the Anything Machine aboard Gadgetman's Gadgetcraft, however the costume did not appear to grant him any supernormal abilities beyond technological enhancements, such as jet shoes which allowed him to fly.
