Beelzebub

Beelzebub is a superior demon, who bears the title of Lord of the Flies. He can take the appearance of a giant fly. In Sandman, he is co-monarch of the underworld with Lucifer Morningstar and Azazel. Beelzebub is one of Lucifer Morningstar's co-rulers of Hell; part of the triumvirate formed by itself, Lucifer, and Azazel after a civil war in Hell destabilized the realm.
