Molyb, aka the Metal Master, is an alien from the planet Astra who has the ability to manipulate any metal. He was judged a criminal for his anti-social behavior and exiled from Astra. After years of searching, he finally discovered Earth, which had enough metal for him to plan on taking over the world.
