Ul-Uhar is the king of the Uhari, one of the three Old Kingdom Atlantean races that live in The Peak, their home in Old Atlantis, located deep beneath the surface of Vostok Station in Antarctica. During critical times, Ul-Uhar is the regent of The Peak.
