This series is set in the near future, in "The World That's Coming". The Global Peace Agency select Buddy Blank, a timid factory worker, as a candidate for a secret project. Professor Myron Forest performs a computer-hormonal operation on Buddy, enabling him to interface with Brother Eye, an advanced artificial intelligence orbiting in space. By transmitting certain energies to Buddy, Brother Eye is able to transform him into the super-powered OMAC, the One Man Army Corps.
