Elaine McLaughlin is a young woman of average height and weight, with red hair and green eyes. A criminal based in Denver, Colorado, she was recruited by Taurus (Cornelius van Lunt) to be a member of the original Zodiac and operated under the mask of Virgo. She had the idea to create the convention of HenchFest, the Festival of the henchmen, where the mobsters could gather to exchange ideas, and spend money at the Sterling Hotel & Casino which hosted the festival.
