Mnemosyne is the daughter of Uranus and Gaia. Mate of Zeus, and mother of the nine Muses (Calliope, Clio, Erato, Euterpe, Melpomene, Polyhymnia, Terpsichore, Thalia, Urania). Sister of Coeus, Crius, Cronus, Hyperion, Iapetus, Oceanus, Phoebe, Rhea, Tethys, Theia, and Themis.
