Rocker Bonn was an operative for Checkmate who was forced to undergo extensive experimentation by Cadmus. After his powers manifested, Rocker escaped and hid from them by working in small diner in Wayne, Texas. When he was finally discovered, he ended up in battle with O.M.A.C. and was eventually taken away by Brother Eye.
