Paul Kraye is a human S.H.I.E.L.D. agent working in the agency’s tech division and a member of its Special Threat Assessment for Known Extranormalities (S.T.A.K.E.). He has been involved in covert projects with Martin Reyna and played a role in reporting Orrgo’s interference, which led to Orrgo’s imprisonment at Pleasant Hill; Kraye also once released inmates at S.T.A.K.E. HQ, prompting action from the Howling Commandos.
