David “Dave” Andrews is a human cyborg in the Marvel Universe who was transformed by the Weapon X program into an Adamantium-enhanced killer after volunteering with the Church of Human Potential following a troubled upbringing in Youngstown, Ohio. Initially deployed to capture a blood sample from the new Hulk (Amadeus Cho), he later survives and is repurposed by Cho to aid investigations into Weapon X, undergoing further regeneration and identification before assisting in uncovering the facility where he was altered.
