Abigail “Abby” Boylen, codename Cloud 9, can generate and manipulate an alien gas that lets her fly, create cover mist, and even suffocate opponents by forcing the gas into their lungs. A shy teen from Evanston, Illinois, she joined the Initiative after being detected flying and trained as a sniper, scoring highest on the range. She served with Freedom Force and battled Hydra, later struggling with self-confidence and choosing her own path after Avengers Academy.
