Wernher von Blitzschlag, often called Baron von Blitzschlag, is a genius German scientist and former Nazi who experimented on himself to gain electrical powers, letting him absorb and manipulate electricity and even transform into a sentient electrical form. After World War II he was brought into Operation Paperclip, later working at Camp Hammond for the Initiative. Despite his past, he aided the Initiative in research, cloned MVP, and has sacrificed his own energy to help allies in crises.
