Algie is a male humanoid native to the underwater kingdom Merma. He is young and has brown hair, and he is the water-breathing sidekick to adventurer Barry Kuda. Queen Merma is just like his mentor. He help to defend the kingdom from its hostile neighbors "the midget kingdom."
