When Andrea von Strucker discovered that Citizen V (John Watkins III) was actually Baron Zemo's mind in John's comatose body, Zemo killed her to keep his secret. Andreas von Strucker, Andrea's twin brother, commissioned a clone of his sister from Arnim Zola, who replaced the original. When Bullseye mistook the clone for a Skrull, he killed her.
