Ray Watters III

1980s era mini-comix artist and publisher of the series Bone Zone. Also appeared in Chicken Slacks, Factsheet Five and other small press publications. Wrote a one-pager titled "Look before You Leap!" in Ghost Manor #29 (Charlton, 1976).
