Beltrán

Beltrán was a cartoonist who created the comic strips *El profesor Atomilón* and *Leopoldo Vaguete* for the magazine *Tío Vivo*, published by Editorial Bruguera. He also created a single panel feature called *Don Sufrido* for the same magazine. In addition, he created the features *Luisito, niño precoz* for the gossip magazine *Lecturas*, and *Pepe Gutierrete, oficinista de rechupete* for the humor magazine *Rififí*.
