Norberto Liberator

Norberto Liberator Neto, aka Liberatôr, is a Brazilian cartoonist, graphic artist, illustrator and journalist, founder of the underground comics label Mostarda Atômica Press and creator of characters like Juka Junkie and Chico Latifúndio. He was born in Araçatuba, São Paulo, Brazil, and lives in Campo Grande, Mato Grosso do Sul, Brazil. In 2018 he made the non-fictional graphic novel *Diasporados*.
