Jean Dufaux

Jean Dufaux is a Belgian comic book writer. Beginning his professional career as a journalist for Ciné-presse, Dufaux started writing comic books in the 1980s. His choice of subject matter ranges from historical scenarios (Murena - set in ancient Rome at the time of Nero, Giacomo C. - in Rococo Venice), the erotic crime series Jessica Blandy, to fantasy (Complainte des Landes perdues) and science fiction (Samba Bugatti). He also penned the agent series Niklos Koda or the adult adventure-thriller Djinn, which deals with themes of sexuality and colonial politics.
