Francesco Privitera

Francesco Privitera was mainly active in the Italian comics field during the 1950s and 1960s. For the publisher Flaminia in Rome, he drew funny animal comics and was a prime artist for magazines like Frugolino, Puffi, Miciolino, Bingo and Lupettino. He developed characters like 'Polentina', 'Camillo & Giannetto', 'Tobia' and 'Il Nonno'.
