Gilles Van Dessel, also known under the pen name Mister Kit, ran the modelers section in Spirou for more than 25 years. He also has numerous comic strip stories to his credit, including around twenty Uncle Paul stories. He also collaborated on "Tintin" under the pen name of John Markings.
