Kunihiko Ikuhara (幾原邦彦) is an anime director, writer and music producer. He helped create (as part of the collective Be-Papas) the anime / manga series Revolutionary Girl Utena (少女革命ウテナ / Shōjo Kakumei Utena). Other notable works include Sarazanmai (さらざんまい) and Penguindrum (輪るピングドラム / Mawaru Penguindrum). He was also the best known director of the Sailor Moon anime series.
