Eugene Teal

Oakland based outsider cartoonist whose only known story was the one-pager titled "Frogs." The story was published in Weirdo #3 and later in Ivan Brunetti's An Anthology of Graphic Fiction, Cartoons and True Stories, Vol. 2.
