The signature, "C E D" appears at the lower left corner of the opening plash panel on the first page of the feature Peewee Wilson U.S.A. in Super-Mystery Comics (Ace Magazines, 1940 series) #v2#3 (August 1941). This is the only known appearance of the signature.
