Renato Bianconi was the publisher and founder of Edizioni Bianconi. After working at Edizioni Alpe, Bianconi first publishing house, started in 1952, was called Il Ponte which then became Edizioni Bianconi (also known through the labels S.B.G., Alhambra and Editoriale Metro). After his death, the business was run by his wife Rosalia Guccione.
