Norbert Boussot est né à Paris, d’une mère d’origine vietnamienne et d’un père français. Il réalise ses premières illustrations pour le journal "Pilote", avec lequel il travailla de 1970 à 1972 avec des illustrations de rubriques (les actualités) et des récits de BD (avec les scénaristes maison Jacques Lob, Serge de Beketch, Jean-Jacques Cartry, Jean-Marie Pélaprat, Guy Vidal, Patrice Leconte) puis dans "Fluide Glacial" en 1977 où il illustre les rubriques de Bruno Léandri, Jacky Berroyer, Corson. Il a publié un seul livre : "Métro, Boulot, Boussot" (Futuropolis). Norbert Boussot travaillait également pour la publicité.
