Jack Bertram

Jack Bertram is a small-press comics artist whose first published work appeared in Fandom Circus #2, a fanzine published by Rich Lisiura in 1978. He penciled, inked and lettered "The Anarchist!" story (written by F. Paul Wilson) as well as providing two spot illustrations for the opening editorial of the magazine. In 1983, Bertram drew cartoons for the Comics Buyer's Guide. By the late 1980s, he began drawing stories for small press comics, where the majority of his work has appeared, including titles published by Sherman Burnett (Firebird Press) and Jim Main (Main Enterprises).
