Tom Lambeens

Tom Lambeens produces drawings, installations, and essays. In his 2013 graduation dissertation, he worked out gravity as one of the central ideas in the Western art tradition. His art, likewise, gives attention primarily to concepts like gravity, space, light and materiality, particularly of liquids. As a teacher, he is affiliated with PXL-MAD and is part of the research group FRAME. Tom is laureate of Toegepast 14.
